If you're not straight out of school, don't worry – returning to study isn’t as intimidating as you think.

No matter your age or previous education, if you have the ambition, we can help you achieve your goals.

Depending on your circumstances, you might be able to gain entry into a UQ program based on:

  • high school study 
  • a diploma or advanced diploma 
  • previous university study.

If you don't meet our academic or English language requirements, we have pathways that can help you get into your preferred program.

If you've completed previous study, you should check whether you're eligible for credit.

If you've studied at another uni or TAFE, or if you completed the International Baccalaureate, you might be eligible for credit.

Postgraduate

If you've studied at another university or served in the Australian Defence Force, you might be eligible for credit.
