Overview
Learn how artificial intelligence (AI) impacts the law and legal practice and earn CPD points. Find out what you need to know about how AI works, current AI laws, how existing laws will need to change, and how AI does and will affect legal practice.
No technical knowledge is required. The course is aimed at lawyers from all areas of practice wanting to upskill.
This course is part of the UQ Law School Continuing Professional Development Program.

The course is aimed at lawyers from all areas of practice.
The course features Monday sessions on 10 March - 14 April, 28 April and 12 May from 5pm to 8pm.
Entry requirements
There are no prerequisites for this course, however we encourage you to do some reading before the course, and further reading and exercises to enhance your learning.

Assessment
There are no mandatory assessments and you can't use the course for credit towards a degree program.
Certification and accreditation
You will gain Queensland Law Society CPD points if you can demonstrate relevance to your legal practice.
