Research environment

The School of Agriculture and Food Sustainability (AGFS) at the University of Queensland (UQ) offers an exceptional research environment for this proposed PhD project. The school is renowned for its interdisciplinary approach and world-class facilities. The Food group is an internationally well-respected and well-funded research group. The labs are well equipped with an array of processing and analytical facilities., providing access to state-of-art facilities to the students. In these multidisciplinary projects, the students will have access to vast research resources available within UQ.

Beyond the physical resources, the candidate will be part of a vibrant and knowledgeable research community. FaBA and UQ offer a rich experience and insights that will support and enhance the candidate's research journey.

Scholarship

This project is supported by the Research project scholarship.

This scholarship includes:

  • living stipend of $35,000 per annum tax free (2024 rate), indexed annually
  • tuition fees covered.

This scholarship includes:
