Public and Private Stakeholder Engagement

Delivered by Executive Education in partnership with Queensland Futures Institute (QFI)

Overview

Effective stakeholder engagement is essential for inclusive and holistic policymaking and collaborative projects. A deep understanding of stakeholder needs, processes and constraints is critical for effective collaboration. This involves actively consulting various stakeholder groups to gather diverse perspectives and solutions. By engaging stakeholders early and often, we can ensure that more sustainable and accepted outcomes are achieved.

We recommend that you complete this course prior to completing our other UQ-QFI Executive Public Sector-Industry Program courses.
