Public and Private Stakeholder Engagement (Foundational Course)

Delivered by Executive Education in partnership with Queensland Futures Institute (QFI)

Overview

Effective stakeholder engagement is essential to the success of cross-sectoral projects and inclusive, holistic policymaking.

In this foundational 1-day course, you’ll learn how to create collaborative relationships across sectors. Through active consultation, you’ll develop an appreciation of different stakeholder needs, processes, constraints and potential solutions. By honing these skills and engaging stakeholders early and often, your projects are more likely to achieve accepted outcomes.

This course must be completed before any other course in the Executive Public Sector-Industry Program suite.
