Admission schemes (MD graduate entry)

If you're a graduate entry applicant, admission schemes can improve your chances of getting into the Doctor of Medicine.

You may be eligible for our admission schemes based on where you live and your background.

Many of our admission schemes use 'adjustments' to boost your selection rank or Graduate Medical School Admission Test (GAMSAT) score.

Rural Access Scheme

If you've lived in a rural or remote area in Australia, you may be eligible to receive 2 adjustments towards your unweighted average GAMSAT score.
