About the program

Queensland is on the brink of multiple exciting major developments across the private and public sectors designed to transform our state. But change doesn’t happen overnight or without challenges. Mega projects typically run over time, over budget and underdeliver.

The University of Queensland and the University of Oxford have pioneered research in this domain and, for the first time, the best of this knowledge is being brought together into one program, taught by leading academics from both institutions.

Our Executive Leadership Program will teach you how to bring (and keep) together complex combinations of stakeholders, navigate uncertainty and resolve conflicts.

From guest keynotes and networking dinners to opportunities to develop your coaching skills, the connections you gain will remain valuable throughout your career.

This program is delivered by The University of Queensland and the University of Oxford Saïd Business School.
