Build world-class expertise

Tap into expert knowledge across 9 modules during our Executive Leadership Program. The program focuses on building capabilities by experimenting with new concepts and tools to enhance your personal and professional impact on your teams and the broader ecosystem. You'll develop world-class expertise that empowers you to make a lasting significance within your organisation and, more broadly, the state.

Module structure

Learn locally with 2 face-to-face days each month over 4 months in 2026 (modules 1–4) at UQ Brisbane City, our premium inner-city location for professional development. Then, take part in an intensive week-long residential experience at Oxford University’s Saïd Business School (modules 5–9) during February of 2027. Enjoy a welcome dinner on the night of your arrival.
