  • a citizen of Australia or New Zealand,
  • an Australian permanent resident, or
  • a holder of an Australian permanent humanitarian visa.

You're an international student if you are:

  • intending to study on a student visa,
  • not a citizen of Australia or New Zealand,
  • not an Australian permanent resident, or
  • a temporary resident (visa status) of Australia.

Application dates

If you're starting Year 11 in 2026:

  • applications open: 1 May 2025
  • applications close:  23 July 2025
  • an outcome on your application is emailed: 7 August 2025
  • successful applications must be accepted by: 30 August 2025.

Welcome event date

  • October 2025 (date to be confirmed)

Camp dates

  • Year 11 Residential Camp: 12 to 15 January 2026
  • Year 12 Residential Camp: 19 to 23 January 2026
