Data for decision-making

Delivered by Executive Education

Overview

Enhance your executive decision-making skills by learning how to leverage and communicate data-driven insights through storytelling.

Many of today’s organisations hold massive volumes of complex data across disparate systems. As a leader, it’s critical to understand data management practices and how to unlock valuable data insights.

Savvy organisations leverage their data to learn about their customers, teams and business processes, to map trends and reveal patterns. Using these insights to inform decision-making is what gives organisations a competitive advantage.

This course will equip you with the skills to effectively communicate data-driven recommendations that address organisational challenges and drive results. You’ll learn about data visualisation and storytelling strategies while learning from contemporary case studies, industry insights and real data.

This program delivered valuable insights into the importance of data for decision-making. It taught me not only how to analyse and process data, but also how to communicate it effectively. This is highly relevant to my HR role, where I manage employee analytics and present insights to the board to support HR policies and recommendations. The delicious food was an added bonus, and I would definitely recommend this program to my colleagues.
