In this 2-day course, you'll learn how to analyse your team dynamics in order to lead with agility and adapt your leadership style where necessary.
You'll develop skills to understand the factors that influence behaviour and performance to bring out the best in your people.
Designed to help leaders manage conflict and increase collaboration, you'll build your confidence and capability to lead diverse teams effectively and foster a culture of high performance.

- Managers and leaders, with at least one direct report or anticipating direct reports, seeking to gain a better understanding of effective team management to drive change in their organisation.

- Project managers and portfolio managers who have multiple indirect reports, seeking to gain a better understanding of effective team management and cohesion.
