Negotiating for Success

Delivered by Executive Education

Overview

Learn the art of negotiation to boost your individual and organisational value.

Negotiation is an essential skill for achieving positive and productive outcomes. Many jobs involve negotiating with stakeholders with different goals and where the risks for successful results are high. Knowing how to leverage your negotiation skills will strengthen your management of critical projects, contracts, and processes, whether you're making purchases, establishing partnerships, or resolving differences.

In this course, you’ll gain the tools to reflect critically on your practice and refine your negotiation methods. You’ll learn to apply the latest academic insights, negotiate more collaboratively and confidently, and build sustainable relationships that deliver value for all parties involved.
