Designed for current and aspiring school leaders, you'll explore OECD Schooling for Tomorrow scenarios, reflect on current and likely future issues, and identify your individual and team leadership development needs.

Entry requirements
An undergraduate degree or equivalent in any discipline.
What you'll learn
- Understand the challenges facing leadership and education.
- Design plans to address your personal and team leadership needs.
- Learn how to adapt and respond creatively in crises such as pandemics and handle issues like race equality.
- Develop your appreciation of cultural diversity.
Time commitment
This is an online course that will require roughly 60 hours to complete.
- 40 hours of online content.
- 20 hours of additional study.
- Over 3 months.
- Apply by 27 February 2024 to start on 1 March 2024. Apply by 30 July 2024 to start on 2 August 2024.
Assessment
You'll need to complete 5 reflective journals (500 words each) demonstrating your learning and how you will implement it into your practice.
Certification and accreditation
- Showcase your capabilities with a Digital Certificate that verifies your skills and achievements.
- Earn 1.0 points towards professional development.
