Project description
The project has three aims:
- to examine how hybrid work impacts the relational quality of work and subsequently, wellbeing and performance;
- to identify when and for whom hybrid work leads to positive benefits; and
- to evaluate relational interventions to increase the effectiveness and beneficial outcomes of hybrid work.
Research environment
The student will be based in the University of Queensland Business School. There is the opportunity for flexible/remote working, although it is expected that the student will have a presence on campus and be involved in relevant in-person activities.
The student will have access to a laptop and necessary software.

A working knowledge of work design, hybrid work, and research methods would be of benefit to someone working on this project.
You will demonstrate academic achievement in the field/s of organisational behaviour and research methods, and the potential for scholastic success.
A background or knowledge of work design and work redesign, hybrid work, and designing and implementing research studies is highly desirable.
