Project description
Australia’s 3.5 million strata properties rely heavily on management firms, but these traditionally low-tech companies are now struggling. Rising costs, inefficient operations, declining service quality, skill shortages, and increasing workload are eroding profits and diminishing the quality of life for tenants and strata staff. This project is at the forefront of that transformation, pioneering Australia’s next-generation strata management technologies. Collaborating with a leading Australian strata software company, this project expects to create Australia’s first strata management system powered by large language models. Key innovations include designing a universal strata foundation model, developing a dynamic knowledge integration mechanism, implementing a human-in-the-loop multi-agent system, and optimising resource efficiency. These innovations will significantly enhance the national strata software ecosystem, fostering industry sustainability.
