Advanced Change Management

Delivered by Executive Education

Overview

Organisational change is constant, but driving effective and lasting transformation requires more than good intentions. It demands informed leadership, rigorous diagnostics, and practical tools tailored to context. This Advanced Change Management course equips mid-level to senior professionals with the knowledge and frameworks to lead successful change, drawing on global research and real-world application.

Facilitated by Professor Victor Callan—an award-winning change expert and one of Australia’s most respected scholars in organisational transformation—and Annissa Hansen, an experienced management professional with over 20 years’ experience consulting across Australia, the Asia Pacific, the UK and Europe, the course guides participants through contemporary models, leadership approaches, and diagnostics that unlock successful change.
