Neurodiversity in the Modern Workplace

Delivered by Executive Education

Overview

Across Australia, organisations are recognising that true inclusion goes beyond awareness - it requires confidence, legal clarity, and the practical tools to embed neuro-inclusion into everyday work.

Designed and delivered by a neurodiverse team of  facilitators, backed by evidence-based frameworks, this course bridges that gap. This course equips participants with the confidence to engage inclusively, the clarity to meet legal and workplace responsibilities, and the frameworks to create sustainable, neuro-inclusive practices. Through highly interactive activities and in-depth discussions, participants will challenge stigma, strengthen collaboration, and develop a practical action plan to make their workplaces more neuro-inclusive.

This is a program for those ready to move beyond compliance and theory, to build workplaces where neurodivergent people, and indeed all employees, can thrive.
