Meet our panel
Jessy Zhang
Jessy Zhang grew up between China and the United States and moved to Australia seven years ago. After completing a Master’s in Applied Finance at The University of Queensland, Jessy currently works in asset management at MA Financial Group. She has previously founded a consulting company supporting businesses expanding into the Chinese market, bringing strong cross-cultural and commercial insight.
Sunny Pan
Sunny Pan is a Senior Consultant at Capgemini specialising in financial services and data engineering, with experience delivering transformation programs for major banking institutions. Sunny proudly completed studies across Commerce and Arts at The University of Queensland with majors in Finance, Japanese, and Film & Television. She then completed a Master of Journalism and Communication at Tsinghua University. Sunny is passionate about communication, culture, and lifelong learning.
Paul Henderson
With a career spanning oil and gas, management consulting, and now renewable energy, Paul brings deep industry knowledge and purpose to the UQ Master of Sustainable Energy (MSE) program. Based in Sydney, his work has taken him from shipyards in Singapore to remote communities in the Northern Territory. Today, he’s helping shape Australia’s energy transition through impactful project work and by supporting his peers as a tutor in the ENGY7001 course at The University of Queensland.
