Adaptive and Inclusive Strategies for Collaborative Change

Delivered by Executive Education in partnership with Queensland Futures Institute (QFI)

Overview

In today’s fast-paced and interconnected world, organisations (public, private and for-purpose) need leaders who can craft strategies that can rapidly adapt to meet the demands of ever-evolving environments.

This requires leaders who use more inclusive, open strategy development processes to foster engagement of a wide range of stakeholders in the strategy-making and implementation process. Effective communication is essential in creating the necessary environment for adaptation to occur.

This course is part of the Executive Public Sector-Industry Program.
