Artificial Intelligence (AI) is the field of computer science dedicated to creating systems capable of performing tasks that typically require human intelligence.
These tasks include reasoning, learning from experience, understanding natural language, recognising patterns, making decisions and synthesising knowledge. AI systems simulate human cognition and can adapt and improve their performance over time, often by leveraging techniques like machine learning.
AI is now ubiquitous, with applications in healthcare, finance, autonomous vehicles, education and more, enabling computers to solve complex problems, automate tasks, and enhance human capabilities.
