Build world-class expertise

Step into strategic leadership across 10 modules in our Transformative Project Leadership Program. Over 6 months, this program blends applied learning with expert-led workshops to shift your focus from delivering technical projects to driving systemic, long-term impact. Designed for those advancing into project leadership roles, it will empower you to align stakeholders, build trust in complexity and lead with purpose through change and uncertainty.

Module structure

Engage locally with 5 face-to-face days over 3 months (modules 1–3) at UQ Brisbane City, our premium inner-city location for professional development. Then, immerse yourself in a 5-day residential experience at the University of Oxford’s Saïd Business School (modules 4–8). Following your Oxford residential, return to UQ Brisbane City for a final 5 days over 3 months (modules 9–10).
