Why this program?
The Iron Law recognises the main challenge facing large-scale initiatives: over budget, over time, under benefits – over and over again. In an era defined by digitisation, automation and relentless change, project leaders are facing growing scrutiny – not only to overcome this phenomenon and deliver predictably, but to deliver meaningfully.
Developed and delivered by The University of Queensland Business School and the University of Oxford Saïd Business School, this program integrates world-class academic rigour with hands-on, field-tested leadership tools that can be applied to your own project. Access online learning resources, join guided impact learning groups and participate in a structured mentoring program designed to strengthen your leadership skills.
