Enjoy an impactful journey of up-to-date insights, stories and activities that will help shape your leadership style.

What's involved

You will:

  • develop leadership skills and the confidence to lead effectively
  • strengthen your communication and team culture skills
  • build a practical leadership action plan you can immediately apply
  • hear from influential keynote leadership speakers, including Lachie Smart, a record-breaking pilot and leadership speaker who became the youngest person to fly solo around the world
  • engage in interactive activities and connect with future leaders
  • connect with current UQ students and hear about their leadership journeys.

If your parents and guardians are in attendance, they are welcome to remain on campus during the workshop. Lachie Smart will host a dedicated lunch-time session to offer additional insights and practical tools to help them support your leadership development.
